Part 2 begins with Jennifer Armstrong, Executive Director, explaining how the Joyce L. Sobel Family Resource Center assists people stay in their housing.

At approximately 4:45 minutes into the interview, Jennifer is asked if people are having to move off the island due to the loss of affordable housing.

(11:00) Jennifer explains the Island Neighbors program, helping elderly, low-income, and other people stay in their homes.

(15:00) Jennifer explains the many early childhood services facilitated or assisted by the FRC. The conversation turns to the enormous need here for more childcare services. She expresses her admiration for the San Juan Island Childcare Cooperative.
