• News that the bodies of two Canadian kayakers — missing since Saturday — have been located by the San Juan County Sheriff’s Department (open to 2:30)
• The Friday Harbor Town Council‘s affirmation of the Town Administrator’s Notice of Violation against San Juan County government for unauthorized use of town-provided water at the Fairgrounds, and the proffering of a “fourth possible solution” (2:31 to 11:05)
• Alarming data presented to the Town Council by San Juan Islands Tourism Bureau Executive Director Deborah Hoskinson which indicates hotel advance bookings for the summer season are down as much as 30 percent. Prime suspect: the tattered reputation of Washington State Ferries (11:06 to 20:35)
• CNL2’s drive to bolster subscription revenue and advertising revenue is yielding mild but positive results and islanders’ focused interest in the concept of a local streaming radio service (20:36 to 29:25), and
