It Streamed Live at Noon: ‘Hey What’s Going on Around Here’ Featuring Interview with Alison Grace Power

CNL2 VIDEO IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE

Jeff Noedel and Heather Spaulding discussed the freeing of the young whale named “Brave Little Hunter,” the progress of a new freshwater system for the Hannah Heights neighborhood, and plans for the historic world-peace-seeking sailboat Golden Rule to visit Friday Harbor in August. The Golden Rule is a boat once owned by Terry Lush‘s father.

Speaking of Terry Lush, we played two Irish songs sung by Terry as he played the accordion. Terry recorded his performance at CNL2 in March. CNL2 is happy to record any live musical performance for free.

Then 10th grader Alison Grace Power dropped by to invite the community to Sunday’s Spring Showcase and Bake Sale for the Friday Harbor Thespian Society Troupe 8244. Three productions will be performed for the audience at the Brickworks stage, bring lawn chairs. Details are discussed in the video, and on a separate item on the CNL2 home page.

Heather doted on the Animal Protection Society Friday Harbor’s Pet(s) of the Week, Sprout and River — sister puppies.

This episode was CNL2’s largest live audience to date. Thank you for tuning in!

This CNL2 video is approximately 45 minutes in duration.
