Jane Fuller, Top Elected Official in San Juan County Government, Speaks on Ferries

A CNL2 PODCAST IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE

CNL2 interviewed Jane Fuller at 1:00 p.m. today. As chair of the County Council, she is the top elected official in San Juan County government. She is also the Council liaison on transportation issues.

She was asked whether Washington State Ferry service in the San Juans is in a state of recovery, as some state leaders are stating.

She was also asked about potential financial support (County or State) for Community Water Taxi, whose primary contractor has transported more than 350 Countians between the islands in the last 10 months — mainly when Washington State Ferries inter-island service is canceled.

Those subjects and other water transportation issues are addressed in the podcast below.

This CNL2 podcast is approximately 20-1/4 minutes in duration.
