CNL2 MEDIA GRANTED 501c3 TAX-EXEMPT STATUS

Yesterday, CNL2 Media (now branded publicly as SanJuans.Today) learned that the IRS has granted our Washington nonprofit corporation 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
This opens the door to donors who prefer to donate to Federally recognized nonprofits to whom donations are often tax deductible. (Consult your financial advisor in all significant donations.)
The IRS’s granting of 501c3 status to CNL2 Media completes the initial process of converting CNL2 from a for profit venture, formed in the summer of 2023, into a nonprofit corporation in the State of Washington. The nonprofit corporation was formed on June 26, and the appointment of a five-member Board of Directors followed soon after.
