Jon Tegnell, 67, passed away last night in the 8:00 p.m. hour. He had been living with Parkinson’s disease for 10 years. Jon was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and served Washington State Ferries for 30 years — most of that time as Captain — by the time of his retirement in 2017….
