Three Finalists for County Manager Quizzed by Citizens
From 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. today, the three candidates for San Juan County, WA County Manager made themselves available for questions from some of the 40 citizens who came to meet them at The Grange in Friday Harbor. The information session was moderated by Brandon Andrews.
The finalists are also scheduled to appear in similar Q&A sessions on Orcas and Lopez Islands.
Clearly, the position in San Juan County government has drawn impressive, accomplished, and articulate candidates.
Jessica Hudson has worked for four different county governments, three in California and currently in Fairfax County, Virginia, which is part of metropolitan Washington, D.C. She currently serves as Director of the County’s large library system.
Ana Cortez is currently City Manager of the City of Carnation (population 2,158) in rural central King County, Washington.
Sridhar “Sri” Krishnan is Deputy Director of Finance & Administration at City of Kirkland.
